Elevated Pool & Spa Build

Design and Finishes

The pool measures 24’ x 9’ with a depth ranging from 3.5’ to 5’ , making it ideal for both relaxing and swimming. A sunshelf with umbrella holder was added for comfort during long Florida afternoons. The spa measures 6’ x 5’ and is raised 6 inches above the pool deck , giving it a distinct elevated look. Includes 4 hydrotherapy jets for relaxation. The spa beam is fully tiled, serving as a standout accent feature that elevates the overall design.

Technology and Equipment

This build included a smart and cost-efficient equipment setup tailored to the homeowner’s needs.

The homeowner already had a Pentair variable speed pump , which we successfully integrated into the system — saving unnecessary cost

Remaining system built using Jandy equipment , known for reliability and performance

System Includes:

Jandy cartridge filter (150 SF) for efficient filtration

Jandy TruClear salt system for low-maintenance water sanitation

Jandy VersaTemp 130,000 BTU heat/chill pump for year-round comfort

Jandy RGBW color LED lighting for a premium nighttime experience

This project is a great example of what’s possible when a builder and pool contractor are on the same page from day one. Building elevated in a flood zone adds complexity, but when it’s done right, the result is a pool that not only meets code — it looks like it was always meant to be there.

Sitting on the water in Shore Acres with a Caribbean blue finish, ivory travertine deck, and the lights on at night… it’s hard to beat.
