Hillwood Preserve
Small deliberately. 15 feet by 24 at 3.5 to 5.5 feet, anchored by a 6′ × 7′ sunshelf. The smaller footprint keeps maintenance down while staying ample for entertaining, swimming and cooling off. The interior is PebbleTec Pebble Brilliance in Majestic Sound, natural aggregate blended with glass beads. Deck and coping are Shellock pavers in tan by Artistic Pavers: 16×16 decking against 16×8 bullnose.

The enclosure is part of the build
A bronze aluminum screen enclosure covers the whole space, with two downspouts for drainage, two standard doors — and a doggy door.
The mesh is upgraded Super Screen no-see-um: a finer weave that keeps out the smallest biting insects and holds up under UV. On a Florida lanai that is the difference between using the space in the evening and not.

How long does a pool take to build?
About eight weeks once HOA approval and permits are complete, depending on design complexity, weather and material availability. After the pool is filled we run 28 days of startup maintenance while the interior finish cures and the water chemistry balances, and every pool we build carries a 5-year workmanship warranty.
