Whispering Oaks Preserve — pool and spa
A narrow, linear pool: 30 feet long by 9 wide at a uniform 4 to 4.5 feet, with a 7′ × 5′ spa alongside. Two parallel feature walls each carry a sheer-descent waterfall, and a Thassos white marble table is built into the water with an umbrella holder. Royal Beige marble runs the deck in a French pattern with 12×24 straight-edge coping.

Seven Oaks — pool and spa
28′ × 14.5′, 3 to 6 feet deep, with a 7.5′ × 4.5′ spa. The surround is Travertine Antique Onyx — 12×24 coping and an expansive French-pattern deck — with a raised feature wall clad in matching ledgerstone. The interior is PebbleEssence in Aqua, which reads vivid against that dark stone.

One dual-pump pool, one dark-stone pool
The Whispering Oaks Preserve build runs a matched pair of Pentair pumps rather than one: a first IntelliFlo3 1.5HP handles general circulation, a second — identical — is dedicated only to the two sheer-descent feature walls and the marble table, each on its own relay board.
The Seven Oaks pool goes the other direction, in dark stone. Travertine Antique Onyx runs the coping, the French-pattern deck and a raised ledgerstone feature wall, and sanitation runs on a Pentair Inline Rainbow Chlorinator — a commercial-style system — rather than a salt cell.

About eight weeks once HOA approval and permits are complete, depending on design complexity, weather and material availability. After the pool is filled we run 28 days of startup maintenance while the interior finish cures and the water chemistry balances, and every pool we build carries a 5-year workmanship warranty.
