Lake Jovita – Pool and Spa

This custom pool and spa project in Lake Jovita was designed to fully embrace sweeping golf course views and Florida’s nightly sunset skies. The focus of this build was to create a refined, resort-style outdoor environment that balances visual elegance, functional comfort, and long-term performance through premium materials and advanced pool equipment .

Interior Finish (Pool & Spa): The pool and spa are finished with PebbleTec PebbleSheen Blue Surf , delivering a smooth, durable surface with a vibrant water color that reflects the surrounding landscape.

Waterline Tile: Aquatica Reef Bora 6×6 tile provides a clean, modern waterline accent that enhances the pool’s crisp architectural lines.

Water Feature: A custom feature wall with an LED sheer descent introduces a visually striking focal point while adding the calming sound of flowing water.

The pool deck and coping were selected to deliver a timeless, upscale appearance while complementing the home’s architecture and natural surroundings .

Decking: Malibu Travertine installed in a French pattern creates a refined resort aesthetic with visual movement and warmth.

Coping: 12” x 24” Lymra Limestone straight-edge coping provides clean lines and a sophisticated transition between water and deck.

A panoramic screen enclosure preserves unobstructed fairway views while enhancing everyday usability . The enclosure features noseeum screening to reduce insects and a shade screen on the mansard roof to minimize heat from the sun.

The system is powered by a complete Jandy equipment package engineered for efficiency, ease of use, and dependable long-term operation .

Circulation: A Jandy 2.7 HP ePump paired with a CS200 cartridge filter ensures consistent, energy-efficient performance.

Sanitation: The Jandy TruClear salt system delivers clean, comfortable water.

Automation: iAquaLink automation provides centralized control of equipment and features.

Heating: A JXi 400,000 BTU propane heater supports year-round comfort.
