Lake Jovita — pool, spa and swim jet

A compact 25′ × 14′ pool, 4 to 5 feet deep, with a 7-foot spa — and a Badu swim jet system that turns it into a continuous lap lane, so the length comes from the current rather than the footprint. Sanitation runs on two systems at once: an IntelliChlor IC40 salt cell plus a Pentair BioShield UV unit behind it. The interior is PebbleSheen White Diamonds; the deck and coping are travertine.

Lake Jovita approves the plan before anyone digs

Our own guide to building here sets it out plainly: Lake Jovita requires approval before pool construction can begin, and the submission covers the site plan and pool layout, the finish and color selections, the screen enclosure design, and safety and setback compliance.

Once that approval and the permits are in hand, most builds take about eight weeks — depending on design complexity, weather and material availability.

Questions about building in Dade City

Do you need HOA approval to build a pool in Lake Jovita?

Yes. Lake Jovita requires approval before construction can begin. The submission covers the site plan and pool layout, finish and color selections, the screen enclosure design, and safety and setback compliance.

Can you fit a lap pool into a small yard?

The first Lake Jovita build is 25′ × 14′ with a Badu swim jet system, which creates a continuous current to swim against instead of needing the length.

What is Pool Pros Construction’s address and licence number?

13050 Curley Road, Dade City FL 33525. The phone number is 352-467-9383 and the contractor licence is CPC1461047.

How long does a pool take to build?

About eight weeks once HOA approval and permits are complete, depending on design complexity, weather and material availability. After the pool is filled we run 28 days of startup maintenance while the interior finish cures and the water chemistry balances, and every pool we build carries a 5-year workmanship warranty.
