South Tampa — Sunset Park
A 27′ × 13′ pool and 6′ × 6′ spa in PebbleSheen French Gray, which reads steel-blue in the water, with sand-blasted Ice White marble for the coping and the deck.
South Tampa — Belmar Gardens
26′7″ × 26′, built around a 9′ × 10′ sunshelf with an umbrella holder, extended bench seating and four stepping stones, with a 7′ × 7′ raised spa.
South Tampa — Virginia Park
A compact 24′ × 10′, 3.5 to 5 feet deep, with an 8′ × 6′ raised spa spilling into it and a bronze mosaic on the spa wall.
Downtown Tampa — Element Apartments
Two matching 38′ × 23′ pools on a River Arts District roof, finished in PebbleSheen Cool Blue. Two pools rather than one, to reduce crowding at peak times.
New Tampa — Live Oak Preserve
A 34′ × 22′ pool with a 10′ × 6′ spa, a child safety fence around both, a turf play area and a 60-inch fire pit.
Carrollwood
A 43′ × 33′ pool and spa with a 15′ × 11′ sunshelf, designed as an extension of the house.

From a high-rise roof to a family yard
The Element Apartments pools sit on a high-rise roof with the city skyline behind them. In Live Oak Preserve the job was a yard for children: a safety fence, a turf play area and a fire pit. In Sunset Park it was a gray pool and a white marble deck.
Questions about building in Tampa
Where in Tampa have you built pools?
South Tampa (Sunset Park, Belmar Gardens and Virginia Park), the River Arts District downtown, Live Oak Preserve in New Tampa, and Carrollwood.
Do you build commercial pools in Tampa as well as home pools?
Yes. The Element Apartments project is two rooftop amenity pools in the River Arts District. The other Tampa builds here are home pools.
Can you build a pool and spa together in Tampa?
Five of the six Tampa builds here include a spa, from the 6′ × 6′ spa in Sunset Park to the 10′ × 6′ spa in Live Oak Preserve.
How long does a pool take to build?
About eight weeks once HOA approval and permits are complete, depending on design complexity, weather and material availability. After the pool is filled we run 28 days of startup maintenance while the interior finish cures and the water chemistry balances, and every pool we build carries a 5-year workmanship warranty.
