This custom pool and spa project is located in the Valri Forest (Pulte Homes) neighborhood in Valrico, FL, and is designed as a compact, luxurious, and technologically integrated backyard retreat. It features high-end natural stone finishes and a complete, unified Jandy equipment suite for sophisticated performance.

The pool is efficiently sized at 20’ x 12’ , with a comfortable depth ranging from 3.5 feet to 4.5 feet , complemented by an integrated 6’ x 6’ spa . This footprint maximizes swim and soak functionality in a standard residential backyard.

Interior Finish: The water is finished with PebbleTec PebbleSheen in Blue Granite . This durable surface uses a refined pebble aggregate to create a deep, natural-looking medium blue water color , providing a classic, inviting lagoon aesthetic.

Deck and Coping: The entire surround is paved with Mykonos white marble . The deck features 12×24 pavers with a leathered finish , which provides a slightly textured, non-slip surface, while the coping uses matching 12×24 bullnose pieces , delivering a clean, elegant edge and keeping the entire area cool under the sun.
