This custom pool and spa project is located in the upscale Sunset Park neighborhood of South Tampa. It is designed as a sleek, contemporary backyard retreat, featuring a sophisticated, neutral color palette, premium marble accents, and a comprehensive, fully automated Jandy equipment system.

The pool is efficiently sized at 27’ x 13’ , with a comfortable depth ranging from 3 feet to 5 feet , making it ideal for both casual swimming and lounging. A dedicated 6’ x 6’ spa provides an integrated hydrotherapy space.

Interior Finish: The pool is finished with PebbleTec PebbleSheen French Gray . This unique gray aggregate creates a deep, elegant steel-blue or slate-gray water color , offering a dramatic, high-end alternative to traditional blue pools.

Deck and Coping: The entire surround features luxurious Sand Blasted Ice White Marble by Milestone . This bright white marble, which is naturally cool to the touch, is used for both the coping and the decking , creating a unified, minimalist aesthetic.
