Custom pool builder in South Tampa
One build, in Sunset Park: a 27′ × 13′ pool and a 6′ × 6′ spa finished in PebbleSheen French Gray, so the water reads slate rather than blue. The deck is Ice White marble laid in a turf pattern.

Sunset Park — pool and spa
A gray pool, deliberately. PebbleTec PebbleSheen French Gray turns the water steel-blue instead of the usual bright blue, and the whole surround — coping and decking both — is sand-blasted Ice White marble by Milestone, laid in a turf pattern that sets sections of artificial turf into the stone. The waterline carries Milestone ML 63 glass mosaic.

One brand, end to end
Everything on this build answers to a single controller. A Jandy AquaLink RS system runs the 2.7HP ePump, the CS200 cartridge filter, the AquaPure salt system, a JXi 400,000 BTU natural gas heater and the WaterColors LED lights.
The equipment pad is in the photographs too: pump and filter set on the artificial turf beside the house, rather than cropped out of frame.

Why is the water gray in the South Tampa pool?
The interior is PebbleTec PebbleSheen French Gray. The gray aggregate reads as steel-blue or slate in the water rather than the usual bright blue.
Do you use one equipment brand or mix them?
Whatever the build needs. Sunset Park is Jandy end to end — pump, filter, salt system, heater, lights and automation, all on one AquaLink RS controller. On the Shore Acres build in St. Petersburg the homeowner’s existing Pentair pump was kept and the rest of the system built around it.
How long does a pool take to build?
About eight weeks once HOA approval and permits are complete, depending on design complexity, weather and material availability. After the pool is filled we run 28 days of startup maintenance while the interior finish cures and the water chemistry balances, and every pool we build carries a 5-year workmanship warranty.
