Custom pool builder in South Tampa
Three builds across South Tampa. One reads slate rather than blue: a 27′ × 13′ pool and 6′ × 6′ spa in Sunset Park, finished in PebbleSheen French Gray. Sunset Park — pool and spa
A gray pool, deliberately. PebbleTec PebbleSheen French Gray turns the water steel-blue instead of the usual bright blue, and the whole surround — coping and decking both — is sand-blasted Ice White marble by Milestone, laid in a turf pattern that sets sections of artificial turf into the stone. The waterline carries Milestone ML 63 glass mosaic.

Belmar Gardens — pool and spa
The widest of the three at 26′7″ × 26′, built around a 9′ × 10′ sunshelf with an umbrella holder, extended bench seating and four stepping stones into the water. The interior is PebbleSheen Desert Gold with green glass accents laid onto the surface rather than mixed into the aggregate, and Aquabella Iceland glass tile runs the waterline, the spa and the stepping-stone pedestals. Shellstone coping, 6″ × 12″, wraps the edge, and the deck is the same stone.

Virginia Park — pool and raised spa
A compact one — 24′ × 10′, 3.5 to 5 feet — with an 8′ × 6′ raised spa spilling into it. Same Desert Gold interior as Belmar Gardens, but dressed differently: Stonefire Noce porcelain at the waterline, a bronze 1″ × 1″ mosaic over the spa’s exterior and spillway, and TileTech Travertine Cross Walnut porcelain for both the sand-set deck and the bullnose coping.

Three pool-and-spa projects. Sunset Park is a 27′ × 13′ pool with a 6′ × 6′ spa, finished in PebbleSheen French Gray. Belmar Gardens is 26′7″ × 26′, 3.5 to 6 feet deep, with a 9′ × 10′ sunshelf and a 7′ × 7′ raised spa. Virginia Park is 24′ × 10′, 3.5 to 5 feet, with an 8′ × 6′ raised spa that spills into the pool.
Why is the water gray in the Sunset Park pool?
The interior is PebbleTec PebbleSheen French Gray. The gray aggregate reads as steel-blue or slate in the water rather than the usual bright blue.
Do you use one equipment brand or mix them?
All three South Tampa builds are Jandy — Sunset Park end to end on one AquaLink RS controller, and Belmar Gardens and Virginia Park both on the ePump, CS200 filter, TruClear salt system and a JXiQ VersaFlo heater. On the Shore Acres build in St. Petersburg the homeowner’s existing Pentair pump was kept and the rest of the system built around it.
How long does a pool take to build?
About eight weeks once HOA approval and permits are complete, depending on design complexity, weather and material availability. After the pool is filled we run 28 days of startup maintenance while the interior finish cures and the water chemistry balances, and every pool we build carries a 5-year workmanship warranty.
