Element Apartments — River Arts District
Two matching pools rather than one large one: the dual design maximizes resident access and reduces crowding at peak times. Each is 38 feet by 23 at a consistent 4.5 to 5.5 feet, finished in PebbleSheen Cool Blue with PRD-Aqua 1×2 glass tile at the waterline and 2×6 non-skid tile through the traffic areas. Coping is Artistic Pavers Shellock bullnose in ivory; access is on commercial-grade S.R. Smith ladders and handrails.

Two pools, on a roof
The photographs are the evidence. Two rectangular pools on a high-rise rooftop with the city skyline behind them — and, from earlier in the job, an aerial of the same roof under construction with both shells being formed and the cranes still standing.
One frame shows a worker finishing the concrete shell of an empty rooftop pool. That is a different job from a backyard, and it is worth seeing before you ask whether we can do yours.

How long does a pool take to build?
About eight weeks once HOA approval and permits are complete, depending on design complexity, weather and material availability. After the pool is filled we run 28 days of startup maintenance while the interior finish cures and the water chemistry balances, and every pool we build carries a 5-year workmanship warranty.
