Custom pool builder in New Tampa
A family build in Live Oak Preserve: a 34′ × 22′ pool with a 10′ × 6′ spa, a child safety fence around both, a turf square for play, and a 60-inch fire pit for the evening end of it.

Live Oak Preserve
Designed around children. A full child safety fence runs the perimeter of the pool and the spa both; the deck includes a dedicated AGW 100 turf area for play, and the sunshelf carries an umbrella holder with two LED bubblers. The interior is PebbleBrilliance Glacier Bay, which mixes glass beads into the aggregate to lift the water color. A 60″ × 2′ Carson propane fire pit with a faux-wood finish anchors the far end.

A safety fence, a turf square and a fire pit
The photographs show the playset standing behind the black safety fence, which is the honest picture of what this backyard is for.
The materials were chosen to match. Myra Shell limestone 24×24 laid in an offset pattern, Biscotti travertine 12×24 bullnose coping, and a designated turf area for a soft, low-maintenance playground space.

The Live Oak Preserve build in New Tampa has a full child safety fence installed around the perimeter of both the pool and the spa.
How long does a pool take to build?
About eight weeks once HOA approval and permits are complete, depending on design complexity, weather and material availability. After the pool is filled we run 28 days of startup maintenance while the interior finish cures and the water chemistry balances, and every pool we build carries a 5-year workmanship warranty.
