Fairway Pointe
A community amenity, sized for volume: 48 feet long by 20 wide at a uniform 3 to 4 feet, so it stays comfortable for every age and swimming ability. There is deliberately no separate spa: leaving it out simplifies maintenance and maximizes the usable swimming area. The interior is PebbleQuartz white with a blue accent; the deck and coping are Flagstone concrete pavers in a cream, beige and charcoal blend.

Finished before the neighborhood was
One of the aerials in this set looks past the pool at the rest of the development: roads laid out, homes still being framed. The amenity went in while Fairway Pointe was being built around it.
The equipment suits that life. A Pentair 5HP XF variable-speed pump, a CCP420 cartridge filter, and a Hayward CAT4000 controller with redundant 45M2 Stenner pumps holding chemistry to public-pool standards.

Do you build community and HOA amenity pools?
Yes. The Sun City Center pool is the central amenity for the Fairway Pointe development by William Ryan Homes: 48′ × 20′ at a flat 3 to 4 feet, with commercial-grade filtration and automated chemical control.
Why is there no spa on that pool?
Leaving out a separate spa simplifies maintenance and maximizes the usable swimming area, which matters on a shared amenity this size.
How long does a pool take to build?
About eight weeks once HOA approval and permits are complete, depending on design complexity, weather and material availability. After the pool is filled we run 28 days of startup maintenance while the interior finish cures and the water chemistry balances, and every pool we build carries a 5-year workmanship warranty.
