Sun City Center

The Fairway Pointe Community Aquatic Amenity

This brand-new community pool, the central aquatic amenity for the William Ryan Homes development of Fairway Pointe in Sun City Center, is designed for large-scale use, maximum durability, and simple maintenance. The focus is on providing a spacious, safe, and visually appealing gathering space for all residents.

Design, Scale, and Safety

The pool is designed for volume, measuring a generous 48’ long by 20’ wide . The shallow depth, ranging from only 3’ to 4’ , ensures a comfortable and safe environment for all ages and swimming abilities. The absence of a separate spa simplifies maintenance while maximizing the usable swimming area.

Durable Finishes and Coastal Palette

The aesthetic uses durable materials in a bright, complementary color palette, ideal for a high-traffic community setting:

Interior Finish: The pool’s interior is finished with PebbleQuartz white with blue accent , a resilient aggregate surface that produces a sparkling, inviting light blue water color —a classic resort look.

Waterline Tile: A crisp, defining edge is achieved with 6×6 solid, light blue tile from Aquabella at the waterline.

Deck and Coping: The entire surround is built for longevity using Flagstone concrete pavers . The color blend of Cream/Beige/Charcoal offers a natural, earthen look that stays cooler than dark decking. The pool edge features matching concrete paver bullnose coping , while the expansive deck uses Union pavers , providing a uniform, safe, and slip-resistant surface.

Robust, Commercial-Ready Equipment

The equipment is specifically selected for high-volume commercial operation, prioritizing efficient circulation and ease of maintenance:

Powerful Circulation: The system is powered by a high-capacity Pentair 5HP XF Variable Speed Pump , ensuring rapid and energy-efficient circulation necessary for a pool of this size.

Filtration and Sanitization: Water quality is managed by a large-capacity CCP420 Cartridge Filter . Sanitation is handled by a commercial-grade Hayward CAT4000 automated controller, utilizing redundant 45M2 Stenner pumps for precise chemical management and superior public health compliance.

Lighting: For night use, the pool is illuminated with bright, efficient IntelliBrite Architectural Series White LED Lights , providing clear visibility and security without complex color settings.

This pool stands as a functional, beautiful, and low-maintenance centerpiece amenity for the Fairway Pointe community.
