The pool is generously sized at 32’ x 16’ , offering both a spacious shallow area ( 3.5 feet ) and a dedicated deep end ( 7 feet ), accommodating various swimming and recreation needs. A large sunshelf provides a comfortable area for in-water lounging.

Interior Finish: The pool is finished with PebbleTec PebbleSheen French Gray . This unique, refined gray aggregate creates a deep, elegant slate-gray or steel-blue water color , delivering a dramatic, high-end look that contrasts beautifully with the white decking.

Deck and Coping: The entire surround is clad in premium Ice White Sandblasted Marble from Milestone . The pool edge features large 24″ x 24″ coping tiles , creating a clean, expansive frame.

Decking Pattern: The decking employs a striking Turf & Stone Pattern , strategically incorporating both the 24″ x 24″ Ice White Sandblasted Marble and AGW Summer 50 Artificial Turf . This combination provides a unique, modern aesthetic, reduces heat retention, and minimizes maintenance.

Waterline Tile: A sleek accent is provided by Aquabella Beachfront Balboa 2×12 tile at the waterline, completing the clean, contemporary aesthetic.

Climate-Controlled Jandy Equipment Suite

The system is powered by a reliable, high-efficiency Jandy package focused on year-round use and simplicity of control:

Power and Efficiency: Circulation is handled by the efficient Jandy 1.85HP FloPro pump and is filtered by a reliable Jandy CS200 Cartridge Filter .

Year-Round Comfort: The Jandy VersaTemp 103k BTU Heat Pump with Chiller ensures the pool can be used comfortably in any season, providing heating in the winter and cooling during the summer.

Control and Sanitation: System functions are managed by the IQ Pump01 Pump Controller , ensuring basic operation and efficiency. Sanitation is automated by the Jandy TruClear Salt System , providing soft, luxurious water.
