This custom pool and spa project at a prestigious Gulf Boulevard address in Belleair Shore, FL , was designed to complement the luxury of its exclusive beachfront setting. The focus of this build was on creating a sophisticated, high-end waterscape using premium materials and advanced equipment to ensure both beauty and effortless operation.

Interior Finish (Pool & Spa): The pool and spa are finished with PebbleTec PebbleBreeze in a fresh water tone. This premium pebble surface provides a durable, natural texture and gives the water a clean, inviting, light blue hue, perfectly reflecting the sky and Gulf environment.

Waterline Tile: A distinctive band of Aquatica Garden Wall Java 2×3 (#1327) tile was used at the waterline. The subtle, earthy tones and textured finish of this tile add a unique visual separation and artisanal touch to the pool’s edge.

Spillway: A beautiful marble spillway connects the spa to the main pool. This feature not only provides a high-end visual focal point but also creates the relaxing, gentle sound of flowing water.

The entire pool and deck area is unified by the use of luxurious, natural stone Ivory Travertine , renowned for its elegant appearance and cool-to-the-touch surface.

Decking: The surrounding patio is paved with large 24×24 tumbled ivory travertine pavers . The generous size and tumbled edge provide a soft, classic look, creating an expansive and visually quiet area that allows the water features to stand out.

Coping: The edge of the pool and spa features matching 12×24 straight-edge tumbled ivory travertine coping . The straight, clean edge provides a more modern line to the pool’s perimeter while maintaining the natural, sophisticated texture of the tumbled stone.

The entire system is managed by a top-of-the-line Pentair equipment set , ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability for beachfront operation.

Lighting: The aesthetic is enhanced with Pentair color LED lights installed in both the pool and spa, allowing the homeowner to customize the evening ambiance with a vibrant spectrum of colors.

Automation: The Pentair system provides advanced automation for simple, centralized control of heating, filtration, and lighting from a single interface.
