Belleair Beach — pool and spa
A beachfront build with a 7-foot circular spa and a substantial sunshelf. The interior is PebbleQuartz in white with a blue accent and abalone shell added to the mix, so the finish catches the light; mosaic turtles sit in the sunshelf and a 2-inch tile band runs every step and bench.

Gulf Boulevard — pool and raised spa
A raised spa spills into the pool over a marble spillway. The interior is PebbleBreeze in a fresh water tone, the waterline carries an Aquatica Garden Wall Java tile band, and the whole surround is ivory travertine — tumbled 24×24 pavers against 12×24 straight-edge coping.

The shell goes in first
The photograph behind this line is not a finished pool. It is the gunite shell on a beachfront lot, plaster not yet applied, the neighboring houses standing behind it.
The deck that eventually went around it runs out to a beach-access stairway: Artistic Pavers Shellock in ivory, 16×16 with 4×8 border pavers framing the edge — shell-infused concrete, chosen because it stays cool underfoot and resists slipping.

About eight weeks once HOA approval and permits are complete, depending on design complexity, weather and material availability. After the pool is filled we run 28 days of startup maintenance while the interior finish cures and the water chemistry balances, and every pool we build carries a 5-year workmanship warranty.
