Sea Jay Motel — Isle of Capri
Two sun-shelf entrances on opposing sides make the pool easy to get into from either end, and both double as shallow lounging space. A central waterfall wall carries three sheer descents; two LED laminar deck jets arch lit water in from the surround. The interior is PMM BlueStone Quartz with GEOSTONE 6×6 tile at the waterline, and the deck is Flagstone City Stone Demi pavers in white and pewter.

One frame in this set is not a finished pool: it is the site during construction, with timber forming and a rebar cage in place and the waterway directly behind the work.
Circulation and features run on separate pumps. A Sta-Rite IntelliPro 3HP handles circulation while a Pentair IntelliFlo 3HP drives the waterfall and the deck jets, so running the features never starves the filter. A Hayward CAT2000 controller with 45M4 Stenner pumps holds the chemistry, and a Gulfstream HE150RA heat pump extends the swim season for guests.

One circulates, one drives the features. A Sta-Rite IntelliPro 3HP handles circulation while a Pentair IntelliFlo 3HP powers the waterfall wall and the deck jets, so each is sized for its own job.
How were the materials chosen for the Sea Jay Motel pool?
Our own write-up for this build is explicit: every material was selected for its aesthetic appeal and its ability to withstand a high-traffic, saltwater environment. That is why the deck is Flagstone City Stone Demi in white and pewter — a cool, slip-resistant surface — and why the interior is PMM BlueStone Quartz, a durable aggregate that holds a rich, deep blue.
How long does a pool take to build?
About eight weeks once HOA approval and permits are complete, depending on design complexity, weather and material availability. After the pool is filled we run 28 days of startup maintenance while the interior finish cures and the water chemistry balances, and every pool we build carries a 5-year workmanship warranty.
