This custom aquatic project is a high-end installation located in the prestigious Bay Point subdivision, part of the well-known Snell Isle neighborhood in St. Petersburg, Florida. The design is a study in modern luxury, featuring dramatic architectural elements, premium finishes, and a complete, automated Pentair equipment suite.

The pool is generously sized at approximately 40’ long by 16’ wide , designed to serve as a stunning visual centerpiece for the home.

Infinity Edge: The pool’s signature feature is its infinity edge , which creates a seamless sheet of water that appears to merge with the horizon, delivering a breathtaking visual effect characteristic of high-end custom homes.

Floating Steps: Entry is provided by sophisticated floating steps , a contemporary design element that creates a minimalist, sculptural look.

Elevated Spa & Sunshelf: A 6’ x 6’ spa is cleverly designed to sit on top of a larger sunshelf . This elevated positioning creates a focal point, allows the spa to cascade into the pool, and provides a large, shallow lounging area.

Interior Finish: The pool is finished with PebbleTec PebbleSheen Aqua Blue . This premium aggregate surface creates a brilliant, inviting light-to-medium blue water color , reminiscent of the Gulf Coast.

Tile: The edges and vanishing edge trough are accented with Tsunami Aqua tile by Tile Xpressions , which provides a shimmering ribbon of deep turquoise that enhances the visual depth of the water.
